Xmmall respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us.

Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe that content on Xmmall infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the original work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district

Repeat Infringers

Xmmall will terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove content that we believe infringes intellectual property rights even without receiving a formal DMCA notice.

Response Time

We aim to review and respond to DMCA complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 10 business days of receiving a complete notice.
